Brides, grooms, and families can visit one location to find everything they need to host a wedding at Cannon Beach. Oregon's coastline is nationally recognized for its unique beauty and offers a magical setting for any marriage ceremony.

With activities for people of all ages, the coast is the perfect place to have a wedding or reunion and enjoy time with family and friends.

Any person who is age 18 or older
may obtain a marriage license in Oregon.

The Clatsop County Courthouse is location at 820 Exchange St in Astoria (503) 325-8511.  Mail service for marriage application  $53 (make your check payable to:  Clatsop County Clerk. )   A marriage license may be obtained at any Oregon County Courthouse and be valid anywhere in Oregon for 60 days.  Marriage license must be obtained at least 3 days prior to the date of the marriage.  The 3 day waiting period can be waived under certain circumstances.  Please contact the County Clerk's Office for additional information at (503) 325-8511.

Permits to hold an event on the beach may be obtained by contacting Bee Seeger at 541-265-8348.

Facilities: The Cannon Beach Community Hall is located in downtown Cannon Beach.  It features a large stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, French doors that open to decks, and out to the City Park.  On-site restrooms and full kitchen facilities are included.  Maximum room capacity is 150 (85 table capacity) and is wheelchair accessible.
